Well, I'm up and getting ready to drive to JFK for my trip to beautiful Eagan, Minnesota. I get back very late on Wednesday night (I'll probably get back here around 1:00 AM). Hopefully, they aren't going to make me work in the city on Thursday, because that would suck; I'd probably have to call in sick anyhow.

It's for work, so at least I'm getting paid, but I will say that greater Minneapolis is really one of the last places I would ever choose to go. I'm from the Midwest, so there is just no draw. Ah well, it's only for two days.

I should have some on-line access at some point, but you never know until you're there.

Yeah me neither. I can't see the draw of seeing much past the Mississippi River. And even that is pushing it.

To be fair, the trip here was relatively painless. The pain didn't start until the plane was already on the ground and I had to rearrange all of my hotel reservations. Grr.

But, now I'm settled in, with free broadband, and soon there will be dinner and relaxing before the "running-in-circles" meetings start tomorrow.

Yes, I remember my "states visited" map as having this huge void between the Mississippi and the west coast. Funny that.
