I just received an annoying letter from our landlord about not cleaning up pet waste. I have been cleaning it for the most part, but it still irritates the hell out of me that our bitch neighbors are complaining about it.
They scream and yell all night long, and they have definitely left their share of toys, shovels, and heaven knows what out of the lawn.
If that is the way they want to be, they got it. I can call and complain about every little thing they do and see how they like it.
