sorrowmonkeySo I had a job interview today. Some highlights:
1) Job is over an hour away.
2) Job pays about half of what I used to make.
3) Job is evening shift, 3pm-11pm.
4) Job requires fixing broken stuff, and getting 3 certifications within 90 days.
I'm exceptionally pleased; It sounds like they're going to hire me. They said they should be in touch either the end of this week, or early next week.
I guess you have to take time out to appreciate the little things, like paychecks.
Also, the "for sale" sign is out in front of the house now, and the apartment complex called today and said they have the apartment we want. If all that wasn't enough, our homeowners insurance refund check came today, too.
