That last step to true manhood...
Nov. 30th, 2004 09:17 pmToday, I passed my last true test of manhood.
For too long, I have wavered between being a wimp, and someone worthy of real respect. I have earned the right to walk forth among monster truck rallies and NASCAR events with my head held high.
Today, I broke a lug wrench. I broke it by myself, without any unusual aids (pipes, etc), and I did not immediately recognize it was broken. I looked at it while trying to put it back on the lug, and noticed that the wrench end was missing, and was, in fact, still on the lug.
Guess I'll take the truck into the shop tomorrow, I'm guessing that power tools would make sense at this point.
