Getting ready to go to fighter practice. Work was better today than it has been in some time, but still completely unlike getting drunk with your friends in just about every way. Tracy (my real boss) took us all out to lunch to introduce his new technical recruiter; she's nice but talks too much.

Oh, and the strangeness I've been feeling about our new Java developer is explained. She seems like a nice girl, aside from being a complete sugar and caffiene freak (lunch yesterday was sour gummy worms, two cokes, and a bag of Hershey's nuggets), but there's always been a few things that didn't fit. She roller skates, she's a natural blonde and dyes her hair black, and she approaches social situations backwards. I found out today that her mom own's her own restaurant (deep fried everything) and her dad is a mortician. Voila! All of the wierdness points are accounted for.

I'm very much looking forward to this weekend: I'm pretty done with Pennsylvania.
