What do you require from your environment before you identify it as "civilized"?

For me it is:

• Internet Access
• Hot water
• Clean drinking glasses

running water, kitchen supplies, heat source, ability to peice together food...
if you mean when do I feel settled in my house? the bathroom and kitchen must be set up first, then a place to sleep, then the rest of the chaos is tamed. Internet access is most pleasent as well.
