Went out to dinner tonight with my coworkers to celebrate Allyson's reassignment elsewhere, and the likelihood that we (Allyson, Mike, and myself) will not be together again for a while at least. We went to a Korean/Sushi place and binged on sushi and sashimi. The service wasn't too great, but the sashimi was awesome. It was nice (they are both great people) but frankly I think I would rather have been home.

For whatever reason, I've been really dragging today. I got up late, but that was just the start. I started yawning before lunchtime, and at this point my eyes just burn. I think I'm going to have to break down and go to bed soon. This is day two of my spiffy-new-improved-yay diet, so I'm freaking starving even though I ate a gigantic dinner five hours ago. Still, I think I did fairly well today: mostly salad and sashimi.

I'm also predictably cranky. The pipe cutter that [livejournal.com profile] alpha_duke lent me is too small, by about 1/4 inch, so I couldn't cut the closet poles. I will have to go up to the Lowe's and by one, I guess. I didn't really feel like working on that project after being at work all day, but still, I don't really feel like blowing money on tools right before a trip. Grr.

I'm looking forward to fighter practice tomorrow, two weeks is too long. I just wish that I wasn't always so tired at the end of the week.

How big a pipe cutter do you need?

You have other friends with tools.

To repeat Joe's question, how big a pipe cutter do you need?
