sorrowmonkeyI got a phone call this morning, and I have a job interview on Monday!
I'm really excited because this job sounds like exactly what I've been looking for.
Unfortunately, I'm pretty sore from fighter practice last night (my sword arm is in pain), and I'm dreadfully tired. We didn't get to bed until 2AM, then Zohra had anoxia/nightmares at 3AM, so we didn't get back to bed until about 4AM. Then, Griffon broke the glass on the nightstand at 7:30AM, and I was cleaning up glass shards until about 8:30AM. The phone rang at 10:00AM, but I just can't feel bad about that.
Total time allocated for sleeping, 8 hours, total actual sleep time, ~6 hours.
But so far this morning, I've gotten a job interview, a huge box of x-mas presents, and flowers from my mom. Looks like an interesting day ahead, if only I didn't have to do laundry.

Date: 2002-12-20 08:38 am (UTC)No matter how this particular job turns out, it's a big help to my confidence to get the call. I've tried to stay positive about this whole situation, but it's hard to know what the market is really like until you are in it.
