Nov. 1st, 2002 11:57 amI cannot possibly express my anger and frustration at my family, but I have to say something about the situation.
I am now an uncle. My sister had a son on August 17th, she named him Jackson Gatsby Harwell. He was 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and 20 inches long. Apparently her long-standing boyfriend (live-in, they both live with my mom) is the father.
I suppose at some level, I'm glad that they finally got around to telling me and the rest of my father's side of the family. Unfortunatley, that one positive feeling is lost in the waves of rage.
I'm going to struggle with this for a while.
