sorrowmonkeyWarning... whining ahead.
In the past six days, I have worked 62.5 hours, and spent 11 hours in class. I'm working again today, and at some point, I need to start getting my shit together for the coming week.
Damn. Damn. Damn.
My code runs great on the staging server, and plants like a recalcitrant donkey on production. I'd like an explanation for that, but of course, I have virtually no visibility on their production server.
And the CFO of the company is going to have a major cow on Monday morning if all of this isn't working, deployed, testing, validated, and done. Also, I have to finish my piece before the next guy will start his piece (mister checklist, please sign this form).
Gah.
Oh, the digital forensics section on electronic discovery and computer crime in class yesterday was pretty neat. At the very least, it was a lot more fun than pieces of dead naked people in pools of their own blood from two weeks ago.
EDIT: Final total (probably personal record)... In 7 days (Monday-Sunday), 73.5 billable hours at work, 11 hours in class, and 3.5 hours of additional schoolwork completed. Needless to say, I'm a bit behind on the reading.
