I LOVE the "Alaska on loan" comment - I nearly choked on my my coffee reading that, heehee.
I also love how several of the points he mentions as being the leading factors of the demise of the US are already prominent in Russia - severe economic issues, and developing factions of persons in the the country leading to the split of the nation are my favorites. Umm.... are we sure he wasn't really confusing Russia with the US over a bad bottle of vodka...
