Mar. 29th, 2005 09:32 pmWell, today was an uninspired day at work. I won't bore anyone, including myself, with the details.
I stopped and picked up my new glasses on the way home. They are awesome! I'm very happy with the way they look, the way they fit, and the way the world looks while I'm wearing them. Definitely a big score there.
Orchestra rehearsal was typical. Mel was an idiot, the strings weren't in tune, and it was generally a train-wreck. However, I will be optimistic and say it was slightly less of a train wreck than usual. Mel has decided not to cut any of the songs, but we haven't rehearsed Semper Fi in a month, at least.
I came home and blew through my participation homework, although the paper is still where I left it last night, and it's due tomorrow evening. Maybe I'll get a chance to work on it tomorrow during the day. In any case, I'll get it done in time, it's only two pages. I just need to make some time to work on it.
My sinuses are killing me; I think the weather has been abominable to my health. The sun finally came out today, but unfortunately my "check engine soon" light came on with it, which doesn't seem very fair. I did fifteen minutes on the bike yesterday and today. Hopefully, I will continue that trend tomorrow.
