House stuff

A current victim (realtor) has been chosen, I am supposed to meet with her on Monday at 7:30 PM. Not impossible, just means I have to leave work on time. I got the feeling from her that there were some fixer-upper opportunities here, which is fine with me, since it really is listed way under market. I just need to make sure that the fix-ups needed are within my tolerance and/or ability.
I called the mortgage guy today, which scared the hell out of him, since he's been calling me twice a day for two days. He has the right balance of rate, closing costs, and willingness to be reasonable, so he won my business. I'm going to rendesvous back with him on Tuesday after I see the place. In any case, things are moving along.
The current place is empty (i.e. ready for immediate occupancy), so I need to get my ducks in a row to make this happy. Time to start making a list, I think.
